Hello, I have opened one of your geometry. I can do for you FE analysis in SolidWorks or Ansys Static structural. I have already works with this kind of plastic like ABS and PC. And I know mechanical property of this materials. I guess I understand where load should be located on the geometry and I just want to clarify where will be support. If stiffness of plastic part will be not enough I can incease thicness one of the ribs from the bottom side of the part. hello Dear Client, My proposal is simply, I recommend a no lineal solution, the important is you have 3d model and the maximum load that you want. related the material today exist a huge gamma of product: PET, POM, TPU between others or classic ABS, PLA.
