Your day-to-day will revolve around proactive sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter searches, Boolean strings on resume databases, targeted cold calls, referral mining, and any other creative method you’ve proven works. Once you identify prospects, you’ll screen them for licensure, 2–5 years of clinical experience, location or relocation fit, and salary expectations before presenting them in an organized tracker. I’ll handle final interviews and offers, but I need a steady, qualified pipeline from you. Performance matters: each candidate who accepts and starts earns you a bonus on top of your project fee, so the upside scales with your success.
