Success in this role includes: • Building and managing active talent pools aligned with the above profiles • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels • Presenting a concise shortlist of qualified candidates for each role, including key insights and recommendations • Managing the offer stage and ensuring each new hire is smoothly guided through the onboarding process to become fully operational from day one You should have access to your own sourcing tools, including platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as any additional sourcing channels or assessment tools that help streamline the process without compromising quality. Deliverables for each role filled: Three to five pre-vetted candidates ready for final selection A brief sourcing report outlining outreach metrics and candidate quality A completed onboarding checklist confirming paperwork, system access, and first-week scheduling
