Job Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $30 – $60 USD per hour (based on experience) Location: Remote — Latin America Preferred About the Role: Orsentra LTD. is looking for experienced and confident Spanish-speaking Job Callers to communicate directly with companies and potential clients across Latin America. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build relationships with Spanish-speaking businesses. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Spanish-speaking companies Introduce company services and discuss potential collaboration opportunities Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested companies Maintain clear communication records and updates Coordinate with the internal recruitment/business development team Requirements: Native Spanish speaker is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in sales calling, recruitment calling, or business development is preferred Comfortable speaking professionally over phone/video calls Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international companies Familiarity with recruitment or outsourcing industries Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
