Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant We are an **established digital marketing agency with over 15 years of experience**, expanding into the Spanish-speaking market. Our agency specializes in **Google Ads and SEO**, helping businesses generate more calls, more jobs, and more revenue. We're looking for a **full-time Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant** who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company. ## Responsibilities * Managing emails and calendars * Updating our CRM and entering data * Conducting online research * Editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook * Managing social media accounts * Responding to comments, messages, and DMs * Answering inbound phone calls * Scheduling appointments * Creating presentations in Canva and PowerPoint * Assisting with landing page development * Writing content scripts for social media videos * General administrative support * Assisting with various marketing-related tasks ## Requirements * Native or fluent Spanish speaker * **B2 English (minimum) required** * Organized and detail-oriented * Reliable and professional * Strong communication skills * Comfortable using social media platforms * Basic video editing experience (CapCut preferred) * Previous VA, customer support, or social media experience is a plus * Reliable laptop or desktop computer * Reliable smartphone * Stable internet connection ## Position Details * Full-time * Monday–Friday * 8 hours per day * 100% Remote * $3–$4 USD per hour (depending on experience) * Paid every Friday (once a week) ## Long-Term Opportunity We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our team—not just another freelance job.
