I would like somebody to develop a website with features like

various headings like

classifieds,

news

links

local deals

yellow pages

automobiles

jobs

and sub categories in each of the above. Users will post advts in various catories. And needed to display some news in each category in lacal area. This is basically serves people to buy and sell thier goods, also provides job postings, local news and local info like yello pages.

Basic look should be like [url removed, login to view]

Scope/Clarity

I would insist clearly the project should be error free developed and I need the application togetherwith database, has to be hosted on ur server and the service provider has to demonstrate error free operation before final payment.
