its very easy , just run rman and take the backup , then delete the obsoleted archives using rman command delete obsolete Thats all.

Hello, This archival error is alerting you that your database is not able to store archive log file inside you archive log destination (SQL COMMAND: show parameter archive). Once the destination is identified and the correct error is identified from the alert log, I can deep dive into the problem further and resolve the issue; which is definitely one of the three below: - Archive dest is full or inaccessible - Underlying disk space is full or inaccessible - A specific archive log is unavailable This all depends on many factors. Such as if your environment is RAC or Standalone, if you are in ASM or using disks. Etc. .... Regardless I have resolved this error for many of my previous clients and assuming your database is under 1000 GB; I will be able to resolve this issues in 24 hours. Respectfully, S Hamid
