Looking for a Real Estate Designer and Engineer able to produce Development Designs

Looking for a real estate designer and engineer able to provide various design updates to the property of which I bought as a foreclosed two bedroom within me renovating it to a 3 bedroom within buying walls, putting in hard wood floors, noise conciliation and much more of which has appreciated the cost and labour of the property; as there's a need to attempt to pull up various plans from what can be found online from the Property and build on that to show that the Strata Lot has been altered form the Original; the rug has been removed; hard food floors put in, walls removed, new walls placed in and various changes; to be able to have that stand as part of the legal evidence of which proves us as the owner of the property of which we have invested a lot of funds into within our development company also working on producing the various documents of which is required to prove in court that a lot of work has gone into this property; while these development works has been me; I want to have a professional able to really render me better drawings for my files and document so this way it can be shown that this is a new property of which was designed by the investor within purchasing the forcloser and someone else who may be on title cannot say that it's their property. As I am in a seller buyer dispute i'm looking for an agile worker!
