The brief is three-fold: • Structural integrity – run static and dynamic load-bearing cases reflecting everyday use and the maximum payload I will supply. • Thermal performance – evaluate heat build-up around the photovoltaic panels and battery housing under standard and extreme weather conditions. • Aerodynamic efficiency – use CFD capabilities in the same OpenFOAM workflow (or equivalent) to understand drag and identify opportunities to improve range. I will provide the geometry in STEP and STL formats along with a document outlining operating, extreme-weather, and load scenarios.
