Here’s the scope in a nutshell: create custom architectural plans that capture a clean modern aesthetic, then integrate structural engineering—wind, seismic and flood zone considerations included—so the package sails through Horry County’s plan review. I already have the lot and survey; you will take it from blank page to a coordinated, code-compliant drawing set.
