I already have a clear base layout plan for a 24'-6" × 56' commercial structure and now need the full set of structural drawings to move the project into permitting and fabrication. The frame will be steel throughout, so every detail—from column sizing to connection plates—must follow standard steel design practices and the relevant building code. My immediate priorities are: • Foundation: footing layout, reinforcement schedules, anchor-bolt plans, and any required sections. • Superstructure: framing plans, beam and column schedules, bracing details, and member connection drawings. Please deliver editable CAD files (DWG/DXF) plus printed-sheet PDFs ready for submission. If you rely on Revit, Tekla, or a similar BIM workflow, exporting to DWG is fine as long as the line weights and layers stay intact. To keep things efficient, let me know early if you need soil data, live-load criteria, or additional architectural dimensions beyond the base plan I’ll supply. I will review a preliminary set before you finalize so we can resolve any questions on load paths or constructability.
