I have a list of "PRODUCT" and "MANUFACTURERS"
- Contact manufacturer and get a list of distributors to buy their product from
_ Collect information about the minimum order requirements and figure out the best distributor (i.e. offering lowest price)
- Make sure all SKU's that I provide for a given manufacturer are available from that distributor.
- Contact GPOs (will provide GPO names) to cross verify and check if buying under a GPO can improve pricing.
- Update the entire product list with best chosen "Distributor" ie. with lowest price possible. I do have a target price in mind - so be able to negotiate politely to achieve the desired price at 30-35% margin
