Adopt a cluster-based microgrid: PV + battery + seawater/ground-source heat pumps, with N+1 redundancy and islanding; smart submetering enables demand response by cluster. Use prefabricated CLT/modular units on helical/pin piles to minimize earthworks, cut embodied carbon, and enable fast, low‑impact expansion. 1. Design architectural , interior, exterior and landscape of house, villa, apartment, shop, hotel, resort, office, spa, clinic....: Moodbroad, concept, 2D autocad, 3D modeling and rendering 2. Draw 3D models and create high quality 3D renderings of architecture, interior, exterior and landscape from provided files (cad, pdf…) 3. Create cabinet and millwork drawings of interior using 2D autocad 4. Select furniture from supplier websites to incorporate into the design 5. Create animated videos of architecture, interior, exterior and landscape projects 6. Draw and render 3D models of furniture placed in different backgrounds as required (kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture...) for your website I am proficient in using multiple software as per the requirement of the project such as: autocad, 3dsmax, sketchup, photoshop, lumion.....
