Vmware Server Bridged

I have installed Vmware Server on my running server which is Centos 5.0, after a successfull install I have set my virtual machine as Bridged and in my Virtual Machine which I installed as Centos secondary Operating system, defne static IP on my virtual machine by using netconfig set [url removed, login to view] on my main server and define Bridged eth. When I open by browser on my external computer to access that Virtual Machine Server with that given static IP address I was not able to connect to it. What I am trying to accoplish is setting up a Virtual Machine running Centos Os with its own static IP so I can connect to that Virtual Machine from External Network. NAT works fine but its only for local network. How can I accomplish that, please help.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
