Payment Gateway (EBS) integration + auto activation

I need a payment gateway integration to my website ([url removed, login to view])

The payment confirmation return would need to update a MS ACESS (Phase 1) and Sql db (phase 2)to activate certain client services, while generating an email to the web admin (me).

The payment gateway would be [url removed, login to view] . All formalities with the gateway have been completed.

Need a quick solution within a week. The website purchase page would need to be altered, allowing the client a pleasing interface while he interacts for his payments. A dashboard would be required by the admin(me) to change the pricing, alter service tax, add or remove services or products also easily by the administrator without interacting with the developer subsequently, as far as possible. A sample of the Payment gateway for testing would be provided to bidders who have been narrowed down.
