My company is working on an online software product that will be sold to small, medium, and large companies, and we're in need of a company that will provide us with 24/7 live online customer support via a software program like LivePerson:

1. Live online customer support for companies with questions about our software product before purchase.

2. Live support for customers after the sale, to resolve technical problems.

3. Live support for our customers' customers.
