Need technical assistance over the phonme and the Net to setup CISCO CallManager version 4.2 running on Windows platform. We need experienced CISCO CCNE engineer with prior proved experinece in seting, configuring and troubleshooting CISCO CallManager in a WAN environment with 100 Linksys and CISCO VoIP phones dispersed in 10 remote sites while the CallManager in located in the central office. Connectivity from the central site to the 10 remote sites is done via 2M ADSL lines and a VPN network using CISCO 2821 central router and 876 remote routers.
Programming guidance will be done initially over email and several phone conversations will occur during the installation phase which will occur in our office in Athens. After sucessful configuration and testing, all equipment will be moved to customer's premises (Crete) where we will need remote phone assistance to finalize the installation and resolve technical issues. No need to interconnect with PBX, only setup one E1 PRI with the local PTT and test class 4 functions with the PTT's network. Finally, we must setup automatic call routing to the remote offices, setup hunt groups etc.
