mpd 5.5 l2tp on-demand(repost)(repost)

In mpd5.5 seem to have some problem getting the on-demand to work (normal connection works & I also had on-demand working in mpd3). This the [url removed, login to view] that I have and need to have modified for working for an on-demand l2tp connection. A ping to the remote host should initiate setting up the connection.
