Key outcomes I will measure: • A steady pipeline of candidates in each function within the first four weeks • Signed acceptances that reflect our equity-forward structure • New hires who demonstrate cultural fit and can start shipping value or closing deals within their first month You’ll have full autonomy over sourcing channels, outreach strategy and interview design. I’ll back you with product context, pitch decks and rapid feedback so you can move fast. Let’s turn this vision into a powerhouse team. Pay: rs 5k per one joinee when they complete 6months or 8% whichever is higher. Plus whatever they make in money (incentives) talent hunter who made it possible gets 10% OF WHAT THEY MAKE.
