That means sourcing fresh, motivated candidates, running initial screens, coordinating interviews with our hiring managers, and guiding successful applicants right through to offer acceptance. • Target profiles: recent graduates or early-career professionals whose energy and communication skills will shine in a front-line support environment. • Volume: several seats to fill immediately, with more expected over the next quarter. • Key metrics for success: time-to-hire under two weeks per role, at least five qualified resumes per vacancy, and an 80 % interview-to-offer ratio. Our ATS is Greenhouse, so smooth hand-offs and up-to-date pipeline reporting there are essential. If you already have a network of entry-level talent or proven Boolean search strategies, even better. While the immediate focus is on Customer Service, I appreciate recruiters who can flex into marketing or sales hiring when this wave is complete. Deliverables: 1. Weekly dashboard of pipeline activity pulled directly from Greenhouse. 2. Short-listed candidate packets including résumé, screening notes, and salary expectations. 3. Final hiring summary outlining sources, funnel conversion rates, and recommendations for process improvement.
