I need a recruiter who already knows the Dubai and wider GCC hiring landscape inside out. Over the next few weeks I’ll be filling a steady stream of Mid-level & Senior Level vacancies across hospitality, real estate, and technology, so I’m counting on you to deliver pre-screened candidates who can hit the ground running. Here is what I’m after: • Talent pool: fresh professionals who already have some hands-on experience in their respective industry and hold a relevant degree or diploma. • Territories: primarily India & Dubai, with flexibility to tap the rest of the GCC when it makes sense. • Process support: sourcing, initial screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with my team. I’ll handle final interviews and offers; you handle everything that leads up to them. • Reporting: A brief weekly update (number contacted, interviewed, and shortlisted) so I can keep stakeholders informed.
