I run a young industrial-service startup that supports manufacturing plants, and I’m ready to grow the team. Right now the priority is bringing in solid mid-level hires who already come with strong technical expertise in a production environment—people who can step onto a factory floor, understand the equipment, and make an impact without a long ramp-up. Your mission will be to own the entire recruitment cycle: clarify role profiles with me, source talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or specialist job boards, pre-screen for hands-on technical depth, coordinate interviews, and keep the candidate experience smooth all the way to offer acceptance. I value proactive communication, creative sourcing strategies, and a genuine feel for manufacturing culture; I’m not just chasing résumés, I’m looking for professionals who fit the pace and safety mindset of an industrial setting.
