Project Title: IT Recruiter Needed for LinkedIn Candidate Sourcing (Remote) Project Description: We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to support our hiring process by sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment and be comfortable identifying, reaching out to, and screening software developers and engineers. Responsibilities: Source potential candidates via LinkedIn Send outreach messages and engage with candidates Conduct initial screening and shortlist qualified profiles Schedule interviews with our internal HR team Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the process Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing Good understanding of technical roles (developers, engineers) Professional level of English (written and spoken) Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Information: This is a remote role with flexible working hours We will provide candidate leads to support your work Compensation is performance-based (details will be discussed during the interview)
