Overseas Entry-Level Talent Recruiter

I head Joy Arsh International Pet Ltd, a global placement agency that connects ambitious job-seekers with employers around the world. Demand from our European partners is growing fast, so I’m looking for a recruiter who can actively call, engage and secure entry-level candidates eager to work abroad. You will work directly with me to build pipelines for roles that range from basic technical and administrative posts to hospitality and junior professional positions. Daily work will revolve around sourcing fresh profiles, reaching out by phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, pre-screening for language and visa readiness, then scheduling interviews with our hiring managers in Europe. My team will handle contracts and relocation logistics once you have a signed offer, so your sole focus remains talent attraction and selection. To succeed you should already feel comfortable: • Making high-volume outbound calls and keeping detailed notes in any modern ATS or even a shared Google Sheet. • Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook groups, local job boards or campus networks to unearth new candidates quickly. • Pitching the benefits of relocating and answering first-level questions on visas, housing and pay while staying compliant with local regulations. Deliverables I measure each week are simple: the number of qualified, interview-ready entry-level candidates you submit and the conversion of those submissions into confirmed European hires.
