Recruit NBFC - Debt Telecallers

I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who already knows the blue-collar talent market and can quickly fill a pipeline of telecallers for an NBFC debt-collection process. Your mandate covers the full cycle—sourcing, screening, short-listing, coordinating interviews, negotiating the offer, and making sure the hires actually show up on day one. What I need right now • Telecallers dedicated to outbound debt-collection calls for our NBFC operations • Candidates comfortable with payment follow-ups, basic loan terminology, and high-volume dialing • Immediate joiners preferred; locations are flexible as long as they have stable phone / internet access I’ll share exact head-count targets and salary slabs once we connect, along with a simple tracker you’ll update daily so we both see progress at a glance. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. A minimum of X qualified telecaller profiles per week—complete with validated contact details and brief screening notes. 2. At least Y confirmed joiners by the agreed start date. 3. Replacement for any no-show within the first seven days at no extra cost. If you already have an active database of debt-collection agents—or experience recruiting in micro-finance, fintech or NBFC call centers—you’ll be up and running faster, but I’m open to fresh strategies as well.
