Here’s what the assignment covers: • Craft a sourcing strategy (job boards, social channels, referrals, whatever works in your market). • Manage responses, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process. • Pre-screen every applicant, then conduct first-round interviews in English to verify skills and communication ability. • Present a curated batch of CVs with concise interview notes and your hiring recommendations. Success looks like a signed-off shortlist that meets the role requirements we’ll finalise together. Payment is released on that milestone.
