As an experienced Electrical Engineer with a focus on automation, I have a proven track record of successful project management and systems design implementation in various large-scale industries, notably wastewater and water treatment plants. These projects demanded meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the intricacies of industrial automation, and strict compliance to regulatory needs such as those required in the utility sector where you operate. In addition to my ability to expertly navigate software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, and Honeywell DCS C200 among others, which aligns with your SCADA and communication requirements; I am also familiar with using SIEMENS Eplan P8 V2.6 for drawing electrical projects just like you require, ensuring both a fluency in technology tools and documentations. Moreover, from my detailed profile, it's clear that I have previously worked on planning control schemes for industrial enterprise ventilation systems similar to your AC/DC auxiliary design specification. My broad exposure to ABB & SIEMENS drivers and utilizing OMRON & HONEYWELL PLCs will also come in handy in your review of the breaker failure logic and current summation for line protection essential aspects of your project.

Hello, Your project involves highly specialized US utility-grade substation engineering with strict PE licensing and protection & control requirements. While my background is focused on mechanical systems engineering, embedded systems integration, CAD development, and electromechanical product design, I want to be transparent that I do not hold a US Professional Engineer (PE) license and would therefore not be suitable for the lead advisory/review role you described. However, I do have experience supporting engineering development workflows involving: - Electrical/mechanical integration - CAD assemblies and control enclosure layouts - Cable routing and system packaging - Technical documentation and BOM development - Infrastructure-oriented electromechanical systems Given the importance of IEEE/NERC compliance, breaker-and-a-half protection philosophy, relay coordination, SCADA architecture, and utility-grade review responsibilities, this engagement would be best handled by a licensed US-based power systems PE with direct HV substation P&C experience. I appreciate the detailed project description and wish you success with the development of the 345kV substation program. Best regards,
