We are a leading IT Recruitment firm offering our recruitment services to clients across India and the U.S.
We are looking for Indian freelancer IT Recruiters with at least 2 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
(Work from Home) This is a commission based role only.
The candidate:
1. should have closed IT Positions.
2. should have own access to job portals like Naukri, Monster or LinkedIn Premium (Any one is fine).
3. should have worked & closed on middle and senior-level positions.
4. can be remote but be available for calls for feedbacks, performance reviews and closures.
5. should have a personal laptop/computer with good Wi-Fi speed.
6. should be street smart, target oriented and ready to take up challenges.
7. should be ready to start on an immediate basis.
We will pay 20% of the commission per position as offered by the client. We will increase commission to 30% once the Recruiter closes 5 positions with us. We have a lot of work coming in and we need helping hands to close them.
