You will be responsible for handling all technical support queries relating to the deployment, installation, working and general support of our products.
Our system works on an online ticket system, you will be provided with an account with which you will login and check the support for new queries. You will be required to reply to all queries in a pleasant manner to our customers (or prospective customers).
You should be proficient in MS-Windows operating system. You should know things like, what is different between HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry sections, at least 4 ways to make a program start with windows start up, what are shared folder, and plus, good written english.
you will work from your home, you should have a PC and active internet connection.
