I need an experienced technician who can step in during those off-hours and take ownership of any urgent tickets that would otherwise halt business. Scope of the calls • Operating systems: Windows, macOS, and Linux are all in play, so you must feel equally comfortable in each environment. • Platforms: most issues arise inside Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) or within locally installed line-of-business applications. • Typical emergencies: full system crashes, mail flow failures, network connectivity drops, sudden printing breakdowns, and last-minute presentation glitches. How the engagement will run When an alert comes in, you connect via our remote-support tool, triage within minutes, and either resolve or clearly escalate. A brief incident report (what happened, what you did, and the final status) closes each ticket. Deliverables 1. Real-time remote intervention for any qualifying incident that arrives outside Israeli business hours. 2. A concise post-incident report filed in our ticketing system before you sign off. Acceptance criteria • First response time ≤ 15 minutes from alert. • 90 % of incidents resolved without next-day escalation. • Clear documentation attached to every ticket.
