Je cherche un agent de support technique qui sera dédié exclusivement au volet « support logiciel » pour des ordinateurs de bureau et portables. Votre rôle consistera à : • diagnostiquer et résoudre à distance les problèmes liés au système d’exploitation et aux applications courantes (Windows / macOS, suites bureautiques, outils métier) ; • assurer les mises à jour, la sécurité de base et l’optimisation des performances ; • guider l’utilisateur pas à pas, en français, jusqu’à résolution complète du ticket. Je fournis les accès nécessaires (outil de prise en main à distance et plateforme de ticketing) ; j’attends en retour une communication claire, un rapport rapide après chaque intervention et, surtout, un taux de satisfaction élevé mesuré auprès des utilisateurs. Si vous êtes à l’aise avec l’assistance logicielle sur PC et que vous savez vulgariser les procédures pour tous les niveaux d’utilisateurs, faites-moi signe et précisez votre disponibilité quotidienne.
