Media Server (Ventuz ) Live Event

A pre-built, high-performance graphics rack is already waiting on site in Los Angeles, and I need it fully show-ready for a live event running 7–12 February. The system runs Windows, powered by NVIDIA GPUs, and Ventuz will drive all real-time graphics playback. I have a detailed NVIDIA driver and GPU configuration plan in hand; the task is to apply that plan, verify every setting, install and tune Ventuz, and then put the machine through basic validation checks so the production team can roll straight into rehearsals with confidence. While you will be collaborating with our design and production crew, you will take the lead on: • finalising the Windows OS setup and hardening it for live-event reliability • installing the specified NVIDIA driver build and matching all card-level settings to my documented profile • deploying Ventuz, confirming licence integrity, and mapping outputs to the graphic switcher • optimising for stability and predictable frame-locked playback • running baseline playback tests and reporting pass/fail results before doors open Hands-on experience with Windows-based media servers, rock-solid knowledge of NVIDIA GPUs, and prior time spent inside Ventuz (or an equivalent real-time graphics environment) are essential. Comfort working backstage and troubleshooting under pressure goes without saying. You will be needed on site from 7 February through 12 February, working side by side with us at the venue.
