I’m looking for a reliable technician who can step in on a part-time basis to handle day-to-day support requests for my small team. Most issues revolve around basic troubleshooting—software installs and updates, network connectivity, email configuration, and the occasional hardware glitch—so solid fundamentals in Windows, basic networking, and office productivity suites are essential. You’ll be taking incoming tickets, diagnosing the problem, resolving it when you can, and escalating only when absolutely necessary, all while keeping the user updated in clear, friendly language. A calm manner over chat or voice, good written English, and the discipline to document each fix are just as important as the technical skills themselves. Typical week: 15-20 flexible hours, spread across late-morning through early-evening IST. I’ll share access to our ticket system and a Slack channel; all work is remote. If you have prior help-desk or MSP experience, mention it along with any certs (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) and the tools you’re most comfortable with.
