By the sounds of what you are describing this would be a bandaid fix, ideally you would need someone with the correct tools to manage your environment for you with monitoring. To be completely honest with you, doing this as a once off with no monthly management of systems, it wont be long before you are struggling with the same things once again. Do things right, get an msp to look after your systems with device management via an RMM tool, as well as an EDR/XDR sollution.
