I started Diploma of Management but due to some common reasons had to extend my work hours to full-time.
Now, I am unable to find time to complete my assignments. Therefore need a help.
This particular one is for module "Ensure Team Effectiveness". I have complete first two sections - the other two sections are required to be completed. See details below.
First section is creating a Journal (date wise) - detailing current leadership skills and the areas where I could improve.
We need to write a journal that how the current skills are being utilised, how the module is helping in development of current skills and how the deficiencies are covered/improving.
Second section is selecting a team, performing pre-assignment checks, outlining the purpose of team, defining rules, diversity issues etc.
Each section requires thorough knowledge of 'Management'. So if you have completed a diploma or degree in business management or management in general - this should be piece of cake for you.
