Deadlines are firm, but I keep them realistic; clarity and accuracy always outrank word count. Because product complexity varies, you’ll need to shift tone—from beginner-friendly quick-start booklets to deeper reference guides—while still sounding professional and on-brand. Deliverables for each product • Fully formatted user manual in .docx, ready for PDF export • Internal version with tracked changes and comments explaining any assumptions • Revision log summarising updates after engineering review A manual is considered complete when it matches the approved template, passes a grammar/spell check, and the product team confirms every step and screenshot is correct.
