I’ve got a batch of highly technical material that must be turned into clear, reader-friendly documentation. The work ranges from assembling step-by-step user guides and API references to polishing existing drafts so they meet our in-house style. I will provide product demos, notes, and any background you need; your job is to extract the key information, structure it logically, and deliver polished copy in Word or Google Docs, ready for layout. To succeed you’ll need a proven knack for translating complex concepts into plain language without dumbing them down, plus solid command of formatting conventions such as heading hierarchies, callouts, and captioned visuals. Familiarity with version control or collaborative editing tools is a bonus because we iterate quickly. Acceptance criteria • Every document follows the style sheet I supply • All procedures are complete, accurate, and free of jargon or ambiguity • Final files pass a Grammarly or equivalent check with zero critical issues Include a link to one or two samples that best showcase your technical writing skill, and note any domain specialties you’ve covered before.
