We need an assistant to help with outbound telemarketing and inbound phone answering from 11.a.m. – [url removed, login to view] p.m. and then [url removed, login to view] p.m. to [url removed, login to view] p.m. EST (5 working hours each day).
We are looking for an individual, based in the US to do this work.
In the first instance, we have a database of 600 potential customers and send out regular webinar and meeting invites. We need want each prospect to be called at least once a month. We also want to clean the database as we go and to look for new prospects to add to it.
Subsequent campaigns will involve internet research to identify new prospects, creation of new lists, initial calls to find name and contacts then regular monthly follow up calls. All calls are B2B.
Typically, inbound calls will be either sales enquiries or requests for technical assistance. In the first instance I want the assistant to be able to answer frequently asked questions and to escalate important issues to whoever in the company is covering that particular day.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great phone style
IT skills including: MS Office, Remote desktop / Access, Internet and Skype (IM, Phone and Video)
PA experience to a senior executive would be an advantage
