We are setting up a new international SAAS service (software as a service), providing the SMB market with cutting edge technology solutions for all their software needs, available anywhere, from any computer, anywhere in the world at anytime. We are initially targeting the US and the European market and we are currently looking for a outsource partner to handle both inbound and outbound services internationally.
1. The inbound services should basically have a informational and support function, while sales is a secondary task. The service should be in flawless English and remain open for the business hours of east coast US and Western Europe time. We will provide UK, and US phone numbers that have to be implemented to your systems, voip or otherwise.
2. The outbound service should target the b2b market and especially high volume organizations, and potential channel partners like, webhosting companies, ISP’s, Telecom companies, Online communities that are targeting the SMB market. To sell our white label solutions that integrates with the partners existing services and websites, offering them a value added service to sell as stand alone services or integrated to their existing services.
We want to find a partner that are flexible and willing to grow with us. We believe this will be one of the big hits in 2010 and forward. We need professional people, with integrity and drive.
