I operate a real estate company in Texas and am in need of someone to contact seller leads for us and perform initial screening. I am looking for a part-time VA, that can use our software to sort leads for the ones most appealing for our business, contact them via telephone during daytime hours (CST), and conduct an initial interview in a very informal and casual manner. We will provide the pre-screen information materials as well as training. Payment is based on the return of a minimum of 10 qualified prospects per month from our database of approximately 400+ warm leads. Once a lead is interested and wants to move forward, a member of our office will perform the follow-up contact, you simply send the information to us (the pre-screen interview forms). Good, strong English and a willingness to be trained on our system and the services we provide are a must.
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
The interview sheet is a Microsoft Word document that can either be printed, written on, then returned to us via fax or scan/email....or edited within the software and returned as an email attachment.
