I run a local marketing agency expanding our outreach to Australian plumbing businesses that currently have no website. I am looking for a sharp, conversational Appointment Setter to handle our outbound pipeline. This is an incredibly easy pitch: You are not cold-selling an expensive digital package. You are simply offering to show them a custom homepage we have already designed for them, and letting them know the full website is only $800 AUD if they want to keep it. The Strategy & Your Workflow The List: I provide a weekly list of AU plumbers with no website. The Hook: You call to let them know we noticed they didn't have a site, so we went ahead and built a custom homepage. Let them know the full, completed site is only $800 AUD. The Follow-Up: Tradies are busy. You are expected to manage the follow-up pipeline—sending SMS/emails and calling back if they didn't pick up the first time. The Booking: Your only goal is to get them to agree to a 10-minute Google Meet so I can show them the design. I handle the meeting and close the deal. CRM Management (GoHighLevel): All work will be done inside our GoHighLevel (GHL) account. You must dial directly from our system so that all calls are recorded. You are also required to leave detailed notes on the contact's profile after every single touchpoint (call, text, or voicemail) so the pipeline stays organized. 1-Week Paid Trial & Compensation To ensure we are a good fit, we will start with a 1-week paid trial. Base Rate: $15/hr to cover your dialing, follow-up, and admin/note-taking time. Commission: $30 AUD bonus for every Qualified Appointment (paid when the business owner shows up to the Google Meet). If you crush the trial week, we will discuss a long-term contract with ongoing pipeline management. Compensation will likely change to a commission only $50 per booked meeting if we continue. Requirements - Accent/Tone: Australian, New Zealand, or South African accents are highly preferred. You need to sound like a local passing on a great opportunity, not an offshore telemarketer. - Persistence & Organization: You must be comfortable managing follow-ups and keeping meticulous notes in the CRM. - AU Time Zones: Must be available to dial during Australian business hours (AEST). - Tech Stack: You must have a high-quality headset and a quiet working environment.
