I require a customer service/sales representative available on a per-call basis with a sales bonus. The job involves handling 50-100 calls per week for our bouncy rental business. Key Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls from potential and existing customers. - Providing exceptional customer service. - Identifying and converting sales opportunities. -Answer incoming calls and provide comprehensive information about our inflatable party rentals. -Efficiently process bookings, manage customer inquiries, and close sales. -Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. -Utilize various computer applications to manage customer information and bookings. The ideal candidate should have: - Prior experience in customer service and/or sales. - Excellent communication skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software. -Excellent command of English and superb communication skills. -Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software. -Availability to undergo a 3-5 days mandatory training via Zoom. -Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. - Familiarity with the bouncy rental industry is a plus but not required. Training: - Live training sessions will be provided. - You will have access to a support team for any queries. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn additional income through sales bonuses.
