Job Description:
As a Cold Caller at Phifer Media, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to book appointments for our sales team with businesses interested in our social media marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within your assigned market or industry.
Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to prospects with the goal of introducing our agency's services and securing appointments.
Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our social media marketing services to prospects.
Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects, including call notes and contact information.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on your calling activities and appointment booking metrics.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media marketing concepts is a plus.
