This project is for a client who has a base of 150,000 residential and small business customers for local phone and long distance service throughout the United States. The project consists of calling all customers up to 4 times in an attempt to get them to answer a short 7 question satisfaction survey.
If the customer does not answer or is not available, a total of 3 additional follow up calls will be made. Total potential calls is 600,000, however, we estimate that it will likely be closer to 400,000 calls. We would like this completed over a 60 days period.
The bid should include all telecom expenses from your own calls center, your personal cost and any other expense. A script will be provided with the survey. Average length of a call should be no more than 45 seconds to 1 minute for those willing to participate.
