Starting today between 1pm and 6pm GMT you will be telephoning a list of 500 consumers in the United Kingdom to ask a questionnaire about loans, credit cards and insurance.
You will record the answers on an online Google spreadsheet.
If the customers answer the questions in a certain way you will transfer the call to us in the United Kingdom where we may be able to help the consumer to write off their credit and reclaim any mis-sold insurance.
When passing the call through you will tell the operator the reference number for the customer they are speaking to so they can access the information on the shared Google spreadsheet.
If we cannot call everyone today we would like to continue the project on Monday.
Please let me know your total fee for interviewing the 500 consumers including transfer of calls to the UK. The questionnaire could last 5 minutes and the transferred part of the call could last up to 10 minutes.
A script will be provided. We are looking for a call centre with staff with a good clear easy to understand English accent.
