I work through a VoIP dialer so the country is a setting rather than an obstacle, and my hours already cover the UK working day. On the pitch. Independent agents will get the company let model quickly, because it solves their landlord's problem rather than their own. An agent does not personally care about guaranteed rent, their landlord does. So the opener is not about your company, it is about handing the agent something to take to a landlord who is nervous about voids or a difficult tenant. That turns the call from someone selling at them into someone giving them a tool. The chains are a slower and different conversation, and I would not mix the two lists. Track record and contract length lands there, but it needs the right person, usually a regional or lettings director rather than a branch manager, and the branch will not put you through without a reason.
