Are you passionate about education and helping individuals achieve their academic goals? We are seeking dedicated Admission Agents to join our team and play a key role in assisting prospective students in enrolling in our distance learning programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in our distance learning programs.
• Provide information and guidance on program offerings, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Conduct outreach through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats.
• Assist applicants with the application process, document submission, and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and applications in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process.
• Stay up-to-date on program updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to applicants.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help prospective students. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
