Seeking Super Star Cold Caller/ Virtual Assistant that loves busy work and is self-motivated. We are a real estate investment company that specializes in helping people stop foreclosure and purchase homes. We also help in recovering surplus funds from foreclosures and unclaimed funds that the customer is not aware of.
Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to:
(Mainly) Successful cold calling, appointment setting with a goal of closing 5-10 contracts per week. Text, call, and email.
Skip tracing the homeowner, providing confirmed contacts/phone numbers of each lead, or heirs.
Locate and confirm accurate contacts for the homeowner, phone, mailing address, and/or email, and communicate with the homeowner by cold call, text blast, and email
Offer services and see if they would like more information.
Transfer warm or hot leads by phone, text, or email. Answering incoming calls.
Other excel tasks, sorting, organizing leads, and converting to documents to other formats.
A script/training will be provided. Opportunity for additional bonus/commissions on finalized claims.
