I’m hiring experienced solar appointment setters to book qualified homeowner appointments for residential solar consultations. Your only job is to start conversations, qualify homeowners, and book appointments on my calendar. No closing. No presentations. No tech work. This is a results-only role. If you can consistently book qualified solar appointments, you’ll be paid well and kept long-term. Responsibilities Outbound outreach to homeowners via DMs, SMS, calls, or email Follow a tested solar script (with room for personalization) Qualify prospects based on: Homeownership Utility provider Roof viability / interest level Book appointments directly to my calendar Log basic outreach and booked appointments What I Provide Solar-specific scripts & objection handling Clear qualification rules (no wasted appointments) Calendar access Fast communication and feedback Long-term volume for performers Requirements Prior solar appointment setting experience preferred Strong English (written and/or spoken) Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups Reliable internet and consistent availability Performance mindset (this is not hourly work) Compensation Paid per booked & qualified solar appointment Bonuses for consistency and quality Ability to scale pay based on performance Long-term opportunity for top performers Ideal Candidate Has booked solar appointments before Understands homeowner qualification Can handle objections like: “I’m not interested” “Send me info” “I already looked at solar” Doesn’t need micromanagement To Apply Reply with: Your solar appointment-setting experience Outreach channels you’re best at (calls, SMS, DMs, email) Average appointments booked per week (past role) Availability (hours per week & time zone)
