I am looking for a freelancer to handle telephone sales for my service-based business.
Product or Service:
- Services
Script:
- I have a script that the freelancer can use for the calls.
Daily Call Volume:
- Less than 50 calls are expected to be made daily.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Must be available from 8am pacific time through 5pm pacific time
- Calls must be done within a few minuted after they appear in CRM system
- Experience in telephone sales
- Have experience in managing business appointments efficiently and effectively
- Ability to follow a script and adapt as needed
- Knowledge of the service industry and ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our services
- Strong organizational skills to track calls and follow up with potential leads
- Understanding of construction terms
- Fluent English
- Ability to make decisions in the moment without supervision
Payment per each call made. Compensation TBD
